Why Fairoaks?

We’re a private-label manufacturer of high-quality, chef-led food ranging from “free-from” vegan soups to Italian pasta and pizza sauces, slow-cooked ragu and complex multi-stage stews. We’re inspired by delicious quality food and we’re passionate about culinary excellence.

We specialise in premium small-batch cooking bridging the gap between the chef’s stove and large-scale food manufacturing; whilst ensuring that rigorous BRC technical standards ensure both food safety and consistent quality.

We are proud to produce high quality food for discerning clients who require greater levels of consistency than those achieved by individual restaurant kitchens and greater levels of capability & quality than those achieved by large-scale food manufacturers.

Our ingredients are selected carefully to ensure that we maximise flavour, texture and colour – whether it’s the humble onion, double-pasteurised tomatoes imported directly from Italy or 12-hour slow cooked beef.

Our Equipment

We use specialised cooking equipment that replicates restaurant cooking but which can achieve the consistency of batch to batch manufacturing – from our bespoke flat-bottomed kettles to our in-built homogenisation to our custom-built blast chiller - we use the best equipment for each recipe.
